Returns & Exchanges
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Shoes must be sent back in unaltered condition and in original packaging. Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of receipt, shipping does not count towards the 14 days.

As a small company, return shipping rates are not calculated in our pricing; therefore customers are expected to pay their own return shipping costs. We do not offer free returns at this stage.

Shipping & delivery

Your items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends, public holidays and pre-orders). Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference to track the status of your delivery.

European Union: 3–5 days
Europe (Non-EU): 3–10 days

United Kingdom: 3–5 days
United States: 5–10 days

Canada, Japan & Australia: 7–15 days
Rest of the world: 7–15 days
